So. My husband has decided he wants to be a chaplain in the army, and we are now headed down this long path of unknowns, which is completely fine.
I, on the other hand, know what I'm going to be doing school wise for the next 5 years, so i'm trying to decide where I'm headed health wise.
I've decided to start taking care of house and home, so to speak.
I'm beginning a journey.
A long one, a 50 lb loss one, but there is a lot of greatness in overcoming something that seems so far.
How?
Well. I've started to slowly cut back on foods that aren't "healthy" per-say. My goal is to not eat processed foods at all, and lower bad carbohydrates, while increasing my veggie intake.
Tomorrow is Week 1.
Here is my plan :) (I'm also doing a special ab workout before/after night time :) )
Monday: Stroller circuit in the AM, Bike ride in the afternoon, Run in the PM
Tuesday: Legs in the AM, Arms in the Afternoon, run in the PM
Wednesday: Stroller Circuit AM, Abs in the afternoon (Church/band practice PM)
Thursday: (PWOC mornings) Arms afternoon, Legs PM
Friday: Stroller Circuit AM, Bike Ride afternoon, run PM
Saturday: Bike ride AM, Cardio afternoon, Run PM
Sunday: REST
I'm also meal planning for my family, but i'm cutting out the stuff i don't want, and adding what i do into my diet ( I have boys who are stubborn, so please no lectures here!)
50lbs. Completely doable right?
2lbs a week average loss (hopefully) Equals out to be 25 weeks, or 5 months.
I'm also going to be reading my bible an extra 10 min a day (during stretching) to inspire me to stay on track!
If anyone has any bible verses, healthy recipes, or workouts, please feel free to comment! Thanks!
